On Sunday, the official James Bond Twitter account tweeted a short video clip teasing the news that the trailer will be released on Wednesday alongside the tagline ‘Bond is back’.
And even though the teaser lasted just 14 seconds, it still provided some intriguing new details for eagle-eyed viewers, including death-defying stunts.
No Time To Die will be Daniel Craig’s final outing as the MI6 secret agent with a license to kill.
Rami Malek plays the villain in No Time To Die, and he supposedly will present a challenge unlike any Bond has ever faced before.
The 14 second teaser also shows Ana de Armas as Paloma, furiously shooting two guns.
Not seen in the clip, though, is Léa Seydoux, who reprises her Spectre role as Madeleine Swann, Naomie Harris who plays Moneypenny and Christoph Waltz who also returns as Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
Naomie Harris meanwhile has revealed that the female characters ‘drive the plot’ in the new film. She revealed that she, and the other three female leads, Lea Seydoux, Ana de Armas and Lashana Lynch, have incredibly prominent roles in the movie alongside Craig.
Naomie added of Daniel’s character: ‘He’s not disrespecting women, he’s not after women because of how attractive she looks and what quality she is.
‘He’s genuinely in a relationship with a woman he respects, loves and cherishes,’ she concluded of his romance with Léa’s character.
No Time To Die will be in theaters around the world on April 3, 2020. It roars into US theaters on April 8.
