The result of cooperation of collaboration between naval architect Fulvio De Simoni, the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee led by Piero Ferrari and the Group’s Engineering Department is Pershing 140 the brand’s first model built at Ferretti’s Ancona Super Yacht Yard, which specialises in the construction of steel and aluminium super and mega yachts over 40 meters in length.
In true Pershing style as befits a ‘wide-body’ superyacht, she has a magnificent, full-beam owner’s suite at the forward end of the main deck, with an uninterrupted outlook through huge windows down both sides. There are four further guest suites, three doubles and one twin, plus separate accommodation for the crew. The private area forward on the upper deck can be opened up via a sliding platform when the vessel is anchored, revealing a fully-fledged lounge for enjoying the sun, equipped with Jacuzzi, dinette, table and sunbathing area.The yacht also features the finest materials and furniture produced by top luxury designers, including longtime Pershing partner Poltrona Frau, Minotti, Artemide, Roche Bobois, Molteni and Fontana Arte.
Powered by four 2,600hp MTU 16V2000 M96L engines, Chorusline can achieve a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. She is also equipped with a state-of-the-art stabilisation system to assure comfort and stability at all speeds.
