Triumph has always given unique and legendary motorcycles to the motorcycle world

Out of the many retroes, classic and modern machines, they brought from the factories, the most standout one was the Triumph Rockets. The two variants; the Roadster and Touring has its own sense of usage and value.

Triumph Rocket 3

The Rocket III is a cruiser that sits on the expensive price range. It is a very bulky and massive cruiser. The Rocket comes with a very refine and powerful engine; that melts miles very easily. The twin headlamps, the wide handlebars and the massive size make it an ultimate cruiser and is made to turn everyone’s eyes to its charms. The Rocket has a seat height of 750 mm and comes with a dry weight of 334 Kg.

The Rocket III Roadster is one of a few cruise motorcycles that offer unmatched cruising experience on roads and that too with a very largest production engine in the world.The Rocket is a very big sized motorcycle. The features like big and broad tyres, sylish twin headlamps, laid-back handlebars, massive fuel tank and premium fit and finish with good paint jobs makes the Rocket III a pure motorcycle that could be an obsession to any who laid their eyes on to it.

The Triumph has included latest Rocket III features like blackened components including radiator cowls, airbox cover, fork protectors, rear mudguard rails and mirrors to give the Roadster a very unique and stylish appearance. The suspension duties of the Rocket III is done with KYB 43 mm upside down forks, 120 mm travel at the front, while KYB black spring twin shocks with 5 positions adjustable preload, 105 mm rear wheel travel is used as the rear suspension. The braking system of the Rocket is done with Twin 320 mm floating discs, Nissin 4-piston fixed calipers while the rear brakes are done with Single 316 mm disc, Brembo 2-piston floating caliper. Both the brakes of this motorcycle comes equipped with ABS braking technology.

A tubular steel twin spine chassis design is used to make the Rocket very strong. The chassis is made very rigid and strong to contain the big 2294cc Liquid-cooled, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder engine. The big engine produces a maximum power of 148 PS @ 5,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 221 Nm @ 2,750 rpm. A Multipoint sequential electronic fuel injection is used. The engine is tuned to a 5-speed gearbox. The final drive of this motorcycle is done with a shaft.
