Ngoni is a 58m luxury yacht, built by Royal Huisman and delivered in 2017. Her top speed is 17.5kn. She can accommodate up to 8 people.
Designed by Dubois Naval Architects and featuring an innovative interior by Rick Baker Ltd, Ngoni is luxurious as well as “fast and furious” – the product of bold and minimalist design realised with impeccable build quality by Royal Huisman.
Ngoni’s sleek and beautifully executed exterior conceals a host of innovative engineering to meet the challenges of marrying a huge, powerful and advanced rig with a slender and easily-driven hull.
Ngoni is a 58 m / 190′4″ luxury yacht with a beam of 9.5 m and a draft of 8.1 m, she has an aluminium hull and aluminum superstructure. She is powered by engines giving her a maximum speed of 17 knots. The sailing yacht can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins.
An example of world-class design, fine craftsmanship and intelligent engineering with this Beast, what you see is what you get: pure, raw, unrestricted power.
For the interior of the project, the owner’s go-to custom furniture design house, Rick Baker Ltd was given an opportunity that put them in slightly deeper waters than what they are accustomed to. As Rick Baker and Paul Morgan’s first superyacht project, the team was given the task to design the interior of Ngoni according to the layout provided by Dubois and Huisman. The British studio rose to the challenge and finished guest spaces with a high level of luxury in a fun and quirky way set to match the contemporary style of Dubois’ exterior.
