1962 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, personal car of “Cubby” Broccoli himself (Bond films producer).
The Silver Cloud II is used by James Bond and Sir Godfrey Tibbett, when posing as James St. John Smythe and his driver in A View To A Kill’.
In the movie, 007 takes a backseat in the resplendent Rolls as Sir Godfrey Tibbet (Patrick Macnee) chauffeurs him to the estate of insane industrialist Max Zorin (Christopher Walken). Only Bond makes it out alive as both the car and its driver end up at the bottom of a lake (though a secondary Silver Cloud II was used for the scene).
The Silver Cloud LWB is a road car from Rolls-Royce, with rear wheel drive, a front mounted engine and a 4 door saloon (sedan) body style. The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud LWB’s engine is a naturally aspirated petrol, 6.2 litre, overhead valve 90 degree V 8 cylinder with 2 valves per cylinder. The engine transmits power to the wheels compliments of a 4 speed automatic set of gears.
