Riva’s Open Cruiser Dolceriva

Riva has released full details about its new 14.6 metre open cruiser model, the Dolceriva.

Automotive inspiration with a refined and elegant design starting from the stern that start from two models that have made history in Riva as the Ariston and the Triton.

Key features of the automotive inspired model include a curved windshield made with spherical crystals. From the stern, bow and side handrails, to the auction for the mahogany flag and boots aft, everything echoes the long Riva tradition. The quality of detailing the chromed brass gleams is perfect. The stainless steel is polished to a mirror sheen. Mahogany coated with layer upon layer of gloss varnish. Down in the cabin, two shades of leather, beautifully stitched, provide a tactile contrast with the shining surfaces, along with areas of oak veneer. Dark-toned bulkheads highlight the luxury of a white leather sofa, while white carpets and headliners heighten the sense of space.

Central walkway

A central walkway cuts through two large sunpas through to the cockpit, which is equipped with more sunpads, and a dinette amidships with two large sofas and a central folding table large enough to seat eight people.

The owner’s cabin

The owner’s cabin is located forward and styled in materials in-keeping with the traditional Riva style.

Powerful as well as pretty. Dolceriva has in-line V-Drive propulsion and optionally installs a pair of Volvo Penta D13 engines with a power of 1000 horsepower at 2,400 rpm each. In terms of performance, 40 knots of top speed and35 knots of cruising speed are achieved.

The standard engine, provides a pair of Volvo Penta D13 with power of 800 Mhp at 2,300 rpm each, which allows you to reach the 35 knots of maximum speed and 27 cruising speed (preliminary data). The autotrim function is obtained by managing the interceptors.
